The Krishik Sarvodaya Foundation was started with the specific objective of giving intensive coaching to the young men and women who aspire for posts in civil services. Proper guidance, adequate orientation, commitment and hard work are perhaps the most important factors for the success. When one takes stock of the available coaching facilities in the city, one notices that there is a wide gap between what is expected and what is delivered. KSF attempts to bridge this gap.
Objectives:
To enable the aspirants of All India Administrative Service, Karnataka Administrative Service and other allied services to reach their cherished goal through comprehensive and interactive modes of instructions.

Krishik Sarvodaya Foundation (KSF) is a not for profit organisation and has been in existence since the year 1992. Twelve like-minded persons of repute and standing in the society, bureaucrates, academicians, businessmen and philanthropists, joined together with a main objective of empowering youngsters and students from the rural and semi-urban background. KSF built good infrastructures with the help of many a well meaning Patrons and Members.
The broader objectives of KSF was outlined as
a) Upliftment of economic and social conditions of the society
b) Promotion of education with special thrust in organising coaching for youngsters for employment in central, state and technical services
c) Providing monetary help including granting scholarships, prizes to deserving students studying in various educational institutions
d) Help monetarily or otherwise widows, aged persons and mentally challenged persons including setting up or
maintaining or funding old age homes, orphanages, free hostels, etc,.
The first step was to encourage the youngsters mainly from the rural background for taking up various competitive examinations and come out successfully, KSF conducted coaching sessions for these youngsters. Over the period of almost 30 years, KSF has travelled quite a distance fairly successfully. Coaching classes are conducted for All India Civil Services, Karnataka State Civil Services, Banking Examinations and also for the State level recruitment into, police force, and state excise department, teaching faculty into various schools and colleges. KSF is fairly successful in creating self-confidence and also improving the communication skill of these youngsters. Responding to the demand for extending its activities across the State KSF is now operating through several branches at Mysuru, Hassan, Tumkuru, Thirthahalli, Madikeri and New Delhi. KSF has so far provided coaching to candidates for All India Civil Services out of whom 452 number of candidates have been selected and appointed in various service categories. Similarly candidates have got coached for state administrative competitive examination of whom 332 number of candidates have been selected and appointed across various departments of Karnataka State Government. 3600+ number of candidates have been selected for subordinate services, like police, excise department, teachers in various schools and colleges.
